TheAuction.ng is an online marketplace where traders and everyday sellers across Nigeria and the wider African market can list items for auction, buy-now, or both — and where buyers can bid, buy, and deal with confidence.

We built TheAuction.ng around how commerce actually works here: mobile-first, relationship-driven, and powered by trust. Sellers earn a reputation through genuine reviews, buyers can see exactly who they are dealing with, and everyone can pay the way that suits them — bank transfer, mobile money, card, or on delivery.

Our mission

To give every African trader — from a phone dealer in Lagos to a textile weaver in Accra — a fair, modern place to reach buyers, and to give buyers a safe, transparent way to find great deals.
