Prohibited items

Listing any of the following is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the listing being removed and your account suspended. This list is not exhaustive — if an item is illegal to sell where you or your buyer is located, you may not list it here.

Strictly prohibited

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and related paraphernalia.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other weapons regulated by law.
• Stolen goods, or items you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Counterfeit, fake, or replica branded goods.
• Human remains, body parts, or live animals traded illegally or endangered species.
• Hazardous or toxic materials.
• Government-issued IDs, passports, or official documents.
• Sexually explicit content and services.
• Prescription-only medicines, or unapproved health and medical products.

Restricted (only where legal and properly disclosed)

• Alcohol and tobacco — subject to local law and age restrictions.
• Used electronics — must be described honestly, including faults and locks.
• Vehicles and parts — you must have proof of ownership and disclose accident history.
• Any item requiring a licence to sell — the licence must be genuine and current.

Also not allowed

• Misleading, spam, or duplicate listings.
• Listings whose real purpose is to advertise off-platform, collect data, or defraud.
• Items that infringe someone else's intellectual property.
