Seller guide

Practical tips to list faster, sell for more, and earn 5-star reviews.

1. Take good photos

  • Use natural daylight and a clean, plain background.
  • Show the item from several angles, plus any flaws — honesty builds trust.
  • Add up to 6 photos. The first one is your thumbnail, so make it your best.

2. Write an honest, detailed description

  • State the condition clearly: new, used, or refurbished.
  • Include brand, model, size, what's included, and any warranty.
  • Mention delivery options and rough costs, and your city for local pickup.

3. Choose the right sale type

  • Auction — best for in-demand, rare, or hard-to-price items. Buyers compete and the price can climb.
  • Buy Now — best for common items with a known market price and for quick sales.
  • Both — let buyers bid, but also offer a buy-now price for those who want it immediately.

4. Price it well

  • Set a fair starting price — a lower start attracts more early bids and momentum.
  • Use a reserve price if you have a firm minimum, so the item won't sell too cheap.
  • Pick a sensible bid increment — too large scares off bidders, too small drags the auction out.
  • Choose a duration that gives buyers time to notice: 3–7 days works well for most items.

5. Respond quickly

Answer questions on your listing promptly and keep your WhatsApp handy. Fast, friendly replies turn browsers into buyers.

6. Deliver and get reviewed

  • Confirm orders quickly, arrange payment, and mark items shipped so buyers can track progress.
  • Package items well and use traceable delivery.
  • Rate your buyers and encourage them to review you — reputation is everything here.
